Once the design has been developed and confirmed we move further into detailed drawings to procure and implement the site fit-out construction.

It allows the various stakeholders and sub-contractors to pursue a clear set of outcomes for their realization and at the end the total experience for the client at the end of the day.

Our Materials and Procurement team support our Design team in developing appropriate solutions, which reflect the Client’s budget and brand image. We determine the most effective solution for the construction process with the client, to give the best cost, time and quality result for the project.
Following the Warranty Period, we offer a Facility Maintenance service allowing our Clients to focus on their core business and provide tailored support for facility issues and look at proactive ways. Depending on size and complexity of the facility, this could be in the form of reviews at fixed points throughout the year or yearly for example.
