Job Description
- Study and analyze project RFP (Request for Proposal)
- Produce space planning, design concept and finish proposals
- Prepare design presentation and drawings
- Make design presentation to clients
- Organize and manage a design team in completion of design documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and material suppliers for design and fitout issues
- Control all design matters for projects to make sure smooth delivery together with Project Manager
Requirements
- College degree or above in the field of Interior Design or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years work experience in interior design and fitout projects
- Minimum 2 years experience in a senior position
- Good team leading abilities, organization and coordination skills
- Good team player
- Good command of AutoCAD, Sketchup, PS and MS-office
- Good command of English
